Delete your Hinbun account

You can ask us to delete your Hinbun account and the learning data connected to it at any time.

How it works

1. 1Send us a deletion request from the email address connected to your Hinbun account.
2. 2We confirm the request and verify that it comes from the account owner.
3. 3Your account, learning progress, saved words and review history are deleted.
4. 4You receive a confirmation once the deletion is completed.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play must also be cancelled in your store account settings.
